On-Model Product Image Compositing

We worked on a campaign project with Marchon Eyewear that involved advanced on-model product image compositing for fashion photography. Using high-end photoshop compositing services, the focus was on creating believable, campaign-ready visuals where the eyewear feels naturally worn by the models while remaining visually consistent across the image set.

Eyewear Product Compositing on Model Faces

The eyewear frames were photographed separately on a white background and delivered without lenses. Each frame was carefully clipped using precise masking and clipping paths before being composited directly onto the models’ faces. Because the product sits on the face, special attention was given to perspective, scale, and positioning.

We adjusted the angle and rotation of each frame to follow the natural orientation of the face, ensuring a realistic fit across different head positions. Perspective corrections were applied so the frames aligned properly with facial features such as the nose bridge, temples, and ears—details that are critical for believable on-model product image compositing.

Photoshop Compositing Services for Campaign Imagery

Once the frames were positioned, we refined their coloration to match the lighting and tonal balance of the campaign photography. This step ensured the eyewear integrated naturally into the image, avoiding the flat or disconnected look that can occur with poorly executed composites.

Since the frames were photographed without lenses, we digitally recreated them using a subtle white gradient that follows the trajectory of the existing light. This approach restored depth and realism while keeping reflections soft and controlled, in line with the overall campaign aesthetic.

Shadows, Depth, and Natural Integration

To further anchor the frames onto the face, we added natural shadows that would normally fall on the skin if the eyewear had been photographed on the model. These shadows were shaped and softened to match the lighting direction, helping the product feel physically present rather than artificially placed.

Campaign Photo Retouching Studio Workflow

Alongside the compositing work, the fashion images received full campaign-level retouching. As a campaign photo retouching studio, we applied natural skin editing with preserved texture, detailed clothing cleanup, and targeted liquify adjustments to refine posture and garment fit.

Particular care was taken with skin tone consistency, especially in areas affected by color cast from clothing. Hair cleanup and subtle refinements were also applied to maintain a polished yet realistic finish across all images.
