Photo Retouching for Celebrities

End-of-year campaigns move fast—but when it comes to photo retouching for celebrities, speed can never compromise quality. During the final quarter of the year, our studio handled high-volume event photo editing for Paris Hilton, working directly with her production company, 11:11 Media. The project covered imagery captured during live DJ sets, public appearances, and major fashion events, including Paris Fashion Week. Serving clients in Hollywood and Beverly Hills, we operate as a trusted high-end image retoucher, delivering polished visuals under overnight deadlines while maintaining consistency across large image sets.

Red carpet photo editing in Beverly Hills

This project ran alongside several large-scale productions already in progress, making it one of the most demanding periods of the year. What set this collaboration apart was not only the volume, but the pace, discretion, and precision required for celebrity-facing content released in near real time.

820 Fashion & Event Images Delivered for Social Media

Over the course of the project, we retouched 820 fashion and lifestyle images prepared for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms. The images documented Paris Hilton performing live DJ sets, moving through venues, attending runway shows, and interacting with guests—captured in fast-paced, uncontrolled environments rather than studio settings.

Our fashion image editing approach focused on enhancing clarity and polish while preserving authenticity. These visuals needed to feel immediate and real, while still meeting the expectations associated with celebrity and fashion-driven social media.

Celebrity Retouching with a Natural, Editorial Finish

Our celebrity retouching workflow centered on natural, high-end skin work. We refined skin tones, reduced temporary blemishes, softened transitions, and balanced highlights—always preserving texture and avoiding over-smoothing.

Because images were released rapidly and viewed side by side across feeds, consistency was critical. Skin tone, contrast, and overall finish were carefully matched across all batches, even when lighting conditions varied between nighttime DJ performances and daytime fashion events.

Group Shots & Facial Balance in Event Photo Editing

Many images included group shots, which are common in event coverage and fashion week environments. These frames required additional attention, as each face needed individual cleanup while maintaining a uniform level of retouching across the entire group.

Skin texture, brightness, and contrast were carefully aligned so no subject appeared over- or under-retouched—an essential step in professional event photo editing.

Environmental Cleanup in Live Event Settings

Images were captured in public and semi-controlled environments such as venues, sidewalks, backstage areas, and outdoor locations. As part of our event-focused workflow, we removed distracting background elements including clutter, signage, and unwanted objects while keeping the setting believable.

The goal was not to erase the environment, but to simplify it—keeping the focus on the subject, the outfit, and the moment.

Wardrobe Cleanup & Subtle Outfit Refinement

Wardrobe retouching remained intentionally restrained. We removed lint, dust, and minor fabric distractions to give outfits a clean, finished appearance. When necessary, light liquify adjustments were applied to improve balance and alignment without altering the natural fit or movement of the clothing.

Overnight Turnarounds & Batch-Based Delivery

This collaboration was defined by speed. Images were delivered in batches, each with a 10–12 hour turnaround window. Files often arrived late in the evening and were required early the next morning for review, approval, and scheduling.

Overnight production was built into the workflow to support time-sensitive publishing tied to live DJ sets, fashion events, and public appearances.

Consistent Quality Across a Four-Person Retouching Team

Each batch was handled by a dedicated four-person retouching team. The challenge wasn’t volume—it was maintaining the same level of quality, skin treatment, and cleanup standards across hundreds of images produced under pressure.

Consistency is critical in celebrity work, especially when content is released continuously. Despite tight timelines, the visual finish remained uniform from the first delivery to the last.

High-Volume Celebrity & Event Retouching Under Real-World Deadlines

Between ecommerce productions, live DJ set coverage, and fashion week appearances, December pushed every part of our pipeline. This project stood out because it required speed, discretion, and precision—simultaneously.

820 images. Overnight deadlines. Multiple editors. One cohesive result.

That balance is exactly what agencies, production companies, and public figures in Hollywood and Beverly Hills expect when timelines are tight and visibility is high.

If you’re planning an upcoming campaign, live event, or high-visibility release, we invite you to explore our photo retouching pricing to get a clear idea of our service tiers. Every project is different, especially when timelines are tight or visibility is high—so feel free to email our studio to discuss your photo editing needs in detail. We’re happy to review samples, talk through workflow options, and help you determine the best approach for your project.

eCommerce Photo Retouching at Large Scale

December 2025 was one of those months where everything landed at once. With multiple productions running in parallel, our team was fully immersed in ecommerce photo retouching for high-volume brands preparing for seasonal launches. Between ongoing client work and large-scale deliveries, the studio stayed in full production mode throughout the month.

One of the major projects delivered during this period was for BRP’s winter season. Alongside other active campaigns and ecommerce productions, this project played a big role in why December was especially busy.

ecommerce photo editing services for winter jackets

In total, we delivered 440 on-model images and 490 ghost mannequin product shots, covering everything from heavy winter jackets and helmets to ski eyewear and early spring pieces such as t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and lightweight outerwear.

One Collection, Multiple eCommerce Photo Retouching Workflows

Even within a single collection, the retouching approach varied significantly. The winter jackets and lightweight outerwear were especially demanding. These garments tend to photograph with deep folds and tension around seams, sleeves, and closures—details that can be distracting in online product listings.

We spent a significant amount of time removing pleats to create a cleaner, more streamlined look while keeping the garments natural and wearable. In many cases, we also applied subtle liquify adjustments to refine the fit and silhouette so the products felt balanced and visually appealing for ecommerce.

On-Model eCommerce Photo Retouching

The on-model images required a different type of ecommerce photo retouching. Background cleanup was part of the standard workflow, but we also focused on refining fabric folds on pants and tops so everything looked intentional rather than accidental.

In some images, models were leaning slightly to one side, which can throw off the overall balance of a photo. When needed, we carefully straightened posture to bring everything back into alignment. Skin retouching followed our usual high-end approach—natural texture, clean tones, and no over-smoothing.

Ghost Mannequin Photo Retouching for Catalog Consistency

The ghost mannequin photo retouching work required a high level of precision and control. Since the garments are not worn by a model, they are essentially floating in the air, which means the shape needs to be carefully refined to look structured, neat, and still natural.

A significant amount of liquify and reshaping is usually involved to correct distortions and improve balance. Items can arrive slightly tilted, so we make sure to straighten the product before refining proportions. T-shirts, for example, can sometimes appear too long, in which case we subtly push in the lower part to restore a more realistic fit.

Another common challenge with ghost mannequins is unwanted shadowing. Long sleeves often cast shadows onto the body of the garment—such as a left sleeve creating a dark area on the lower left side of the product. These shadows are carefully removed to keep the garment clean and evenly lit.

To avoid a flat appearance, we also composite parts of the garment when needed. In some cases, we bring in the back of the sleeves so they feel more three-dimensional rather than pressed flat against the body. Small construction details matter at this scale.

We also pay close attention to interior details. The neck tag is often visible behind the collar, and we make sure it is centered, straightened, and aligned properly so the inside of the garment looks just as clean as the exterior.

As with the rest of the collection, these images required careful color matching based on physical samples provided by the client, especially when working across multiple fabrics and finishes.

Graphic Compositing and Garment Adjustments

Some requests were more complex. For several t-shirts, the client required graphic swaps. Updated PNG files were provided, and we removed the original designs before placing the new artwork onto the garments. This involved detailed masking, resizing, distortion, and blending so the graphics followed the fabric naturally.

Reflections, Highlights, and Product Cleanup

Accessories introduced additional challenges. For the eyewear and helmets, reflections were a major focus. Studio lights, photographers, and equipment often appear in glossy surfaces and needed to be removed without flattening the product.

We cleaned reflections from lenses and visors while maintaining realism. For helmets, we also reduced overly strong highlights that distracted from the product shape and branding. The goal was a clean, balanced result suitable for ecommerce presentation.

High-Volume Local eCommerce Retouching Under Tight Timelines

Altogether, the BRP project totaled close to 1,000 ecommerce images, delivered in batches of 200 images. Each batch was turned around within three to four business days, keeping the client’s production schedule on track.

A few batches came in as rush requests and were delivered within two business days without compromising quality. This is where local ecommerce retouching becomes especially valuable—short feedback loops, fast revisions, and consistent execution across large volumes.

All final assets were delivered in JPEG and PNG formats, exactly as requested.

Between high-volume ecommerce photo retouching, detailed ghost mannequin photo retouching, and campaign-level compositing—all happening in December—it was a full production month at the studio.

Different products. Different timelines. Different techniques—all managed in parallel.

It’s demanding work. And exactly the kind of work we enjoy doing.
